What to write about

• A time looks wrongTell us the date, the city and what you expected. The times are computed for your own latitude and longitude, so a figure that differs from a printed almanac is often the printed one being for somewhere else — but if it is our error we want the case that shows it.
• Something about your purchaseUnlocking is a one-time purchase through your phone's app store, so refunds and receipts are handled by whichever store you bought it from. Write to us anyway if it is not working and we will sort out the account side.
• Deleting your accountYou can do it yourself from the profile page, code and all, without asking us. Write if that fails.
• Anything elseCorrections, a tool that is missing, or a word that reads badly.
